Crypto asset service provider BtcTurk has announced that the access problem on its website and mobile applications due to technical glitch has ended.
The company said in a statement on its Twitter account called BtcTurk Support, "Access interruptions on #BtcTurk website and mobile applications have ended. You can see all Turkish Lira and cryptocurrency balances by logging in with your account information."
The company had previously stated in its Twitter post, "Due to technical glitches from our service providers, some of our users are experiencing access interruptions on the #BtcTurk website and mobile applications."
Many investors in Turkey, most of whom are estimated to have small savings, have turned to the crypto money market, where daily value increases and losses are high, as it is priced in dollars and provides protection against high inflation in the country.
BtcTurk founder Kerem Tibuk said in a statement on his Twitter account, "There is a technical problem originating from Microsoft, friends are dealing with it. It may take some time. There is nothing to worry about."
